Her parents originally planned to give birth in St. Vincent's Hospital located in southwest Portland. The hospital was not open and the family had to travel to Clackamas. Brielle finished her first and second year in high school Valley Catholic High School and her college in Cedar Mill Portland. After completing her high school in the year 2000, she moved on to Arts and Communication Magnet Academy Beaverton. The aspirations of her education did not cease at this stage. She also took a marketing course at Linfield College in Oregon. She was quite an exceptional student throughout her university years, finishing in just three years rather than four. Aparna Brielle first knew her desire to be an actress when she was only a kid.
